With over ten years of experience in disability and special education, she emphasizes the importance of being an informed team member and promotes collaborative partnerships between families, schools, and students in fostering positive, long-term outcomes. She is dedicated to high expectations and equitable access to quality education and community participation for all, starting in the early years. Through her service and leadership in professional and family roles, she elevates family voices to influence policy and improve processes that help ensure our children can thrive.
