About me
Dr. DelShana LeGrant is an IDEA- Preschool Regional Consultant in the Office of Exceptional Children Division of Educator and Student Advancement at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, Education Consultant for Hines-Gaither Consulting, LLC., Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Education Consultant for Kaplan Early Learning Company, and owner of LeGrant Education Services, LLC. She serves on the Board of Directors for Piedmont Arts, Patrick & Henry Community College Board, The Harvest Foundation Board of Directors, Past President of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Kappa Delta Omega Chapter, and is a member of various community service-based organizations. Dr. LeGrant earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from North Carolina A& T State University, a Master of Education Degree from Averett University in Curriculum and Instruction, an Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctor of Education Degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Special Education and Literacy from Liberty University.
