Sheresa B. Blanchard, PhD, is a senior education researcher and technical assistance specialist at SRI with over 25 years of experience in education, early childhood, special education, and early intervention. She is currently the co-lead for the DaSy/ECTA Cross-Center Child Find Workgroup. Blanchard was the project director for the OSEP-funded Innovative Technology for Early Childhood Assessment (INTECA) project. She has extensive experience in the early childhood sector, including serving as a birth through kindergarten educator preparation faculty member, early interventionist, and governor-appointed child care commissioner in North Carolina. She is a board member for Early Years and on the planning committee for the International Inclusion Institute. She served on the North Carolina Early Learning and Development Standards Advisory Team and received the Merle B. Karnes Award for Service to the Division for Early Childhood (DEC).
