About me
Kristen Montgomery is a pediatric physical therapist with over 30 years of experience working with children across a variety of clinical settings, including schools, acute care, outpatient therapy, and early intervention. She earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University and began her career at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, where she practiced for 14 years providing specialized pediatric care. After relocating to North Carolina, Kristen continued her dedication to pediatric rehabilitation and currently works part-time at Everyday Kids and part-time at UNC Children’s Hospital. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about supporting children and families through collaborative, team-based care.
