John Forster is the Chief Executive Officer of Noah’s Ark Inc., an Australian organisation dedicated to supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities and their families. He is a recognised leader in early childhood intervention, with a strong focus on inclusion, family-centred practice, and building the capability of mainstream services to support all children.John has contributed to national and international policy and practice, including leading the development of the Early Childhood Australia (ECA) and Early Childhood Intervention Australia (ECIA) joint position statement on inclusion. He also played a key role in the early development of the Victorian State Kindergarten Inclusion Support Program, which has influenced inclusive practice across early childhood education settings.With decades of experience in the sector, John is known for bridging research, policy, and practice and driving initiatives that embed evidence-based approaches, such as embedded learning, into everyday learning environments.
